Robert Naeslund: The Human Brain Project

The history of Cybernetics is the history of the human brain project. It was developed as a collaboration between the Military Research Agency and major hospitals in the world. Other terms are man-machine-interaction, man-system-interaction and bio-telemetry.

The man (Jesse Beltran)  in this video is directing his message to the Presidential Comisson for the study of Bioethics Issues because he found implants in his body. Inventor Bob Joyce's impant caused cancer, yet could be removed (a second time). This man must live with the implant in his ear, including with the risk of developing cancer.

Here is a new generation tracking device that can be implanted into the human body. The chip is FDA-approved and functions as a RFID-chip (radio frequency identification chip) and is GPS-enabled, that is, it can track individuals down through satellites. GPS stands for Global Positioning System. The positioning is real-time, with no delays. The chip is small and usually implanted between the shoulder and the elbow area of an individual’s right arm.
