Jesse Beltran's story about how he became a TI is frightening. It is a story about how law enforcement kills innocent and tries to discredit the witnesses.
Jesse Beltran is today the president of ICAACT, the international organization for Targeted Individuals.
We met in London in the end of April 2012. The RF-scans were more or less a success on the first day. On the second day, because of the weather circumstances scans couldn't be made properly but we still got two positive scans.
Lars Drudgaard, one of the founders of ICAACT, the international TI-organization, will publish soon enough the results of the other scans that are filmed with his own camera.
Since December 2011 Jesse, Peter and Lars, founders of ICAACT went on tour, determined to scan TIs and sometimes the general public on request, for RF-emissions from their bodies in the US and Germany. The scan is however preliminary. It is just the first of 3 steps.
According to ICAACT, the three phases of the testing are:
1. Preliminary scan for (RF) radio frequency emission from the Human Body.
2. Obtain medical imaging of the area that has shown emission of RF frequencies.
